Xbox One X problem with the HDR

Hello ! first excuse me for my English.

I bought a Xbox One X because i have a 4K television.

I have installed the console and on the screen, it appears lot of little green points, some times a green line, and suddenly, the screen of the television become black for 2-3 secondes and came back, always with the green points.

So it's impossible to play or do anything else !

but, when i rule the resolution to 1080p, this problem disappears.

Do someone ever got this problem ? is it a problem from the TV or the Xbox One X ?

I have the exact same problem with HDR.

Moreover, in games, I see no differences with the HDR feature activated or deactivated

HDR Gaming Equality?

I'm with the understanding that all Xbox One games that support HDR will have HDR on the S. HDR is not limited to just the Xbox One X Enhanced games.

What sort of TV, brand and model, is your TV? I have the Xbox One X and a Sony 43' KDX8000E series 4k HDR TV (which is a 2017 model from Sony), and have no issues. But have HDR mode on Auto as Full HDR10 mode is too powerful but is better for producing better
blacks somewhat. My TV has an X-Reality Pro processor and advanced Tri Luminos colour technology with wider colour palate and natural colours. Samsung TV's have a bad OS which has serious security vulnerabilities from my research. Android OS on my TV is more
secure and is updated more frequently.

Yes you can get cheaper 4k HDTV's but those type of TV's don't have the same QUALITY as more pricier TV's.

Erm........................You do realise that any game that runs on the Xbox One X also runs on the Xbox One S? And because of this, any game that is HDR on the Xbox One X is also HDR on the Xbox One S.

So basically, any game you find that is HDR on the Xbox One X is also HDR on the Xbox One S

Is that official?

HDR is an "Xbox One X Enhanced" feature for those games, that's official words.

For example Rise of the Tomb Raider, NO HDR on Xbox One S.

Hi,

Regardless of whether you own a One S or a One X, if a game supports HDR it will do so on both consoles.

So if you owned a One X and the game was Enhanced with HDR, you'd get this 'enhancement' plus HDR. On the One S you'll just get HDR.

Overwatch is not an HDR title, neither on One X or One S.

If you were playing a none HDR game with HDR on then you must have overridden the setting on your TV/monitor. The colours will change, but it won't look right.

HDR is not a feature exclusive to One X.
