Xbox one x preorder delayed

So I pre-ordered an Xbox one x with best buy to pickup tonight. But Best Buy called to tell me (while i was at the store...) the store had 0 due to Microsoft not delivering them in a drop shipment they had been expecting that never came. I'm kind of crestfallen.
First, best buy should have let me know sooner so I didn't drive out there... Second, if it was Microsoft not delivering (best buy employee could have lied) I'm kind of mad at both companies. This sucks!

Best buy said they don't know when they'll have them. They guessed by tomorrow afternoon or day after, but still.. I pre ordered for a reason... Not cool microsoft...

Watchdogs Day one Bundle

With the announcement of Watch Dogs being delayed, has anybody heard what is going to happen to people, like me, who have the Day One Watchdogs console bundle on preorder? Are we still guaranteed a Day One edition Xbox?

i pre ordered on august 20, and nobody knows when it will ship. they still haven't taken payment yet. microsoft should be better than this. take my money please and send me my scorpio edition. they pre authorize payment with paypal then they cancel it.
all microsoft says is it should happen soon. they've had 3 months, how much more time do they need?

It was canceled due to the delay in the Xbox one version. Preorders are now reopened

The cancellation is due to the delay of the release of the Xbox One version which is included with the Digital Deluxe Edition for Xbox Series X|S. You'll be able to pre-order again and play when the game launches for the Series X on February 10th, 2023!”

Unfortunately, the time frame has been extended with delays in codes being sent up until 7/7/2016:

A more manageable position to take is to delay your preordering or purchasing of the Xbox one. The system is not out and its way to premature to predict doom or bloom. Personally, if I felt like something isn't ready for manufacturing, you better believe
that I wouldn't preorder it.

The game got delayed again and all preorders have automatically been canceled. But you can preorder again with the new release date.

In a side note it is a funny thing that the game is now due 19th November, when rumors and leaks state that the Xbox Series X will release on November 20th. It would make Cyberpunk a launch title. We'll see if the rumors are true I guess 😁
