    Xbox One X Power light not on?


    So I just purchased my Xbox One X. It turns on, plays games and movies both digitally and physically with no problems. It chimes when it comes on and when it goes off. it works with my controllers and it reads my external hard drive. I literally have no
    other problems than the Power Button light not lighting up. I don't really understand why or whats going on. Any help would be appreciated.

    The One X or Series X? Either way, there's not a green light. The only light on the console is the power button which should be white.

    Why can't I hard reset my xbox One?

    Is this an old xbox one or S or X? If it is an old one do you seethe light on your power supply? Try with another one.

    I have tried power cycling it through both the settings menu and physically by holding down the button for 10 seconds. after I hard reset the xbox I unplugged it, let it set for a bit and plugged it up again. I tried plugging it directly into the wall
    too. None of this has worked.

    Hmm if the troubleshooting doesn't work I would ust exchange it since it's so new.
