    I just got my XBox One X today, and I am noticing that it is really slow when downloading games. I am getting 40-80 mbps downloads, when I have Gigabit internet, and my cell phone testing in the spot my One X is at gets 600 mbps on Speedtest. Plugging in
    ethernet running directly to a gigabit switch that I run my PC off of, my PC that speedtests to ~950 mbps, and its still only 40-80 mbps.

    Is this an issue with the console itself? Or is this Microsoft servers being terrible? Is this usual?

    I'm used to a download speed on PC that typically matches my overall internet speed, so I find it sad that my new console, one designed for more demanding users, cannot manage to even use 1/10th of my bandwidth.

    download speeds on Xbox one are currently pretty poor for most of us. I’m on 400mb and get 60mb most of the time.

    im getting about 1GB/hr download rate , im gonna download GTA V which is 69GB thats means its gonna take about 70hrs to downlaod a single game , thats pretty ridiculous no matter how overwhelmed the servers are

    It might be because the download speeds have been slowed down since a lot of players are on the servers and playing. Sony did something similar, they slowed down download speeds but kept the gameplay online at regular speeds that way the servers wouldn't
    get overloaded and crash because so many users are on. This may be the case with Microsoft as well. I'm not 100% sure but it's a good possibility.

    Somewhere around those numbers with two spartial streams, depending on the MCS, bandwidth, GI (800/400ns) on OFDM (ac).

    More likely to see data rates around 140 Mbps on OFDM (ac) on 20 MHz channel width with an MCS 7 rate. If you bond it to

    40 MHz with the same MCS rate, you could, potentially, reach data rates at 270 Mbps.
