Xbox One X planned obsolescence

Hi,

I've had my Xbox One X for a few years now. I haven't had much problems that couldn't be fixed with resetting the console (hard reset, unplug and plug it back in, etc.) but in the past couple of months I have been experiencing a lot of problems. The console forgets my synced controllers almost daily, and the sync button on the console itself is unresponsive. It fails to detect my external hard drive half the time, requiring lengthy console resets to fix which only work about half the time. All games, both new and old, take forever to load now and crash constantly. That's not to mention the issues with not being able to play a handful of games I've purchased digitally (ex: GTA San Andreas keeps asking me if I own the content, even though I bought it a number of years ago on the Xbox 360 and have been able to play it on my current Xbox One X in the past). What's the deal? Why is everything breaking all of a sudden? I've sunk a lot of time and money into this console, and I know I'm not the only one. It's ridiculous that these issues are arising with the release of the next generation of consoles. It feels like a blatant attempt to force consumers into throwing more money Microsoft's way in order to have access to content we've already paid for in full; not to mention the unavailability and scarcity of those new consoles.
