xbox one x Philippines - no HDMI signal

Had chat support yesterday. We ran all the troubleshooting sequence -- no luck.

She told me to do an offline update -- tried that but still not fixed.

She also told me to send the xbox to Singapore because apparently that's where the xbox came from based on the serial.

When requesting for a service repair order, I was stuck in the shipping address page.

I assume this is the address where they will ship it back to after repairing it.

Thing is, there is no Philippines in the "country" drop-down.

I contacted a friend in Singapore. I got his address. Do I put his name on there? Or should it be my name so Microsoft SG recognizes the warranty?

Both of my xbox one x say no signal and it being the hdmi ports both times.
