XBOX ONE X PARTY CHAT SOUNDS TINNY ON HEADSET AND SPEAKER SETTING

Hi , When i have my audio settings on ( Headset and Speakers ) the party chat that i hear sounds tinny but not when set to just ( Headset ) .Could anybody help . Thanks in advance .

Hey Walking Spedd,

Thank you for reaching out. We understand you have been experiencing some differences in audio levels between headset and audio versus headset. Under the System tab of your guide menu, you should have the "Audio" setting. Selecting it will give you 3 different
sliders which allow you to manage your overall headset volume, headset chat mixer, and mic monitoring. Find your sweet spot and test it out. Let us know how it goes!

Hey there, have you tried to alter the sound mixer when you press the Xbox button and scroll all the way right?

Hi, go into settings, display & sound, volume and set party chat to headset and speakers

You'll have to enable chat output to be both headset and speakers. To do so, go to Settings -> Display and Sound -> Volume. In the Party Chat Output select the option of Headset and Speakers.

Check your Settings - Display & sound - Volume section. Look at Party chat output and make sure it is either set to Speakers or Headset & Speakers. If it is set to Headset only then that's probably why your Elgato isn't getting your party chat audio.
