Xbox One X Overheating

I'm having "Overheating" issues with my xbox one x, is quoted because, today I turned on my xbox one, launched CoD Modern Warfare and all seemed fine, the moment I pressed Warzone, fan went crazy fast and suddenly it shutted down (0 games played), instantly
turned it on again, and the message from the overheating protection came into screen. I tried next with Ori and the Will of Whisps, same thing, just pressed Start Game and fan went crazy and xbox instantly turned off with the same message described before,
so I decided to continue testing with other games, I found that Forza 7 ran fine, no issues at all, fan was changing speed constantly, but console never crashed.

Things I've tried to find a fix.

- Moved the console to a more open area, always on top of a wooden surface, nothing around the console, so vents are free.

- Deleted account from xbox and logged in again, no luck.

- Reset everthing and reset and keep games & apps, no luck.

- Deleted save data from Ori, still won't get past "Start game" screen.

- Deleted the game and reintalled it, didn't fixed it.

- Changed xbox power cord to another outlet, still won't fix it.

- Disconnected xbox for X amounts of time, to "let it cool down" and clear cache, didn't do it.

- Cleaned the vents with compressed air, little to no dust came out.

- Changin resolution to 720p and 1080p, nothing changed.

Two weeks ago I was playing fine, indeed finished Ori with no problems, this issue started today, I didn't played since before the May update, so maybe it's a critical bug from the update. I don't think the hardware is broken, since some games work and others
don't and xbox turns on perfectly, can navigate home smoothly and run netflix, twitch and youtube apps with zero issues (fan is quiet, barely can hear it, in comparison when I open the games that make the console crash, it sounds like a turbine).

Anyone else having this issues?

If anyone has any input, I'll appreciate it.
