    hi so today I put in a new game for first time in few months and it didn't pop up... so I went thru hours of troubleshooting and we realized it won't recognize DVDs or Non-AAA games.... (for example it recognizes assassins creed and red dead fine but no
    man's sky and rbi20 it wont) all the reps have no idea what to do and said I just need to buy a new one... this is unacceptable especially as it just up and did it one day... I'm 5 months out of warranty too

    try to check with another game, for dvd you need an app to play them, if the problems still you may need to make use of your warranty as the cd reader may be damaged

    Hey thanks for the response. Have you heard of Microsoft having any sort of escalation department? Or loyalty department or something similar? For example comcast has an escalation department where if you have special issues that are unique (such as mine
    as I don't see anything online about my specific issue) and in the past I was sent there and since the device they gave me had a hardware issue they replaced it free and wiped a months worth of bill. So when I reached out to Microsoft today I asked if there's
    ANY way they can work with me as its not from something I did it just stopped working but they said nope and didn't seem to care if they lost me as a customer... I've never experienced that before from a company ... always opposite

    Probably because Microsoft makes garbage!!! Ive had a xbox one x for 5 months and it kicked the bucket last night . Ive played it about 20 hrs ! Microsoft needs to stand begind that junk theyre selling !!
