XBOX One X - One Guide: no info available for two days OTA Antenna

I'm having trouble with the same issue (No Info Available) but am using the digital tuner with a outdoor OTA Antenna. I've got 54 Channels. I have cleared the one guide, set up the tuner again, rescanned for channels. Even did a hard reset!! Has not been
working for 3 days now! Very frustrating. Support will not let give me a phone number on this problem either which is strange.

Xbox one guide, good improvement for canada but does not cover Ota (over the air). So for me it is not working. Still dreaming of the service ofered in the u.s. Where OTA is coverred by one guide.

This problem started happening frequently within the last month or two. I’m guessing it has something to do with the launch of the next generation Xbox later this year, and the changes to API’s and services related to it. Hopefully Microsoft will make
a public statement about this issue, because if this issue persists on the next gen Xbox, then it will not be a viable cord cutters solution and I personally would be much less likely to upgrade. “Game Consoles” are no longer simply gaming devices, despite
games being their main revenue stream. So, if they falter in any aspect of television watching (OTA, cable, streaming, apps, etc) then they’re basically surrendering ownership of the living room.

Microsoft has been inconsistent in updating the status of this problem on it’s status page (https://beta.support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status), and as of this post
there were zero issues being reported despite this “no info” bug occuring.

The problem automagically resolved itself (again) yesterday without me making any changes or doing anything locally (within my household, on any device). I spoke with Microsoft customer service on Friday (4 days ago) in an attempt to either fix the issue
or at least confirm that Microsoft was aware of and working on it. I got the typical unhelpful customer service run around with them claiming that the issue was fixed on their end and trying to get me to walk through a series of debugging issues on my end
including resetting my xbox.

If this is how low of a priority TV watching is for Microsoft then I will definitely be switching to Playstation this next generation.
