    Xbox One X Offline Update Method Failure


    I have been trying to get my xbox one x console working again, like everybody who has asked about this problem i have low expectations, but here goes nothing. I have downloaded the offline update onto a flashdrive, ( in the correct format) and at first it
    showed error 106... then it showed me error 101 00000504 80070570 on the first try the percentage bar would go up to 6% and after that it crashed. I have had errors before with the console which where “something went wrong” messages. And one day this all happened.
    Its annoying the fact that the warranty just happened to expire about a month before it broke down. Such an expensive unit and only played it for a couple months. Beside “requesting a repair” is there another method to not dry my wallet out? And yes i have
    tried installing it on to a replacement harddrive.

    P.S. it seems to me as if the units were faulty from factory, seeing that everybody is having issues with theirs.

    Firmware corrupted, I wait next Update of the console

    I exclude an Hardware Failure, 11 games start correctly. The Update offline doesn't work but maybe because OSU1, OSU2 and OSU3 are not the right file for One X.

    Hi,

    Try the offline method to get a correct update of your system.

    If its still not working, you probably have to send your Xbox one x to repair center.

    offline between several update cycles and the flash memory goes bad during that offline period, ANY update would cause a failure, not just a specific update.

    Sorry about that issue, sound like a bad previous update… I suggest you to make the offline method with a usb memory stick ( https://support.xbox.com/xbox-one/console/system-updates-solution

    Yes, that's what I'm planning to do next.

    Is it safe to do an offline update if the One X hasn't finished setting up? I did a system reset but couldn't finish the setup because of the failed update.
