XBOX ONE X (nuova o usata?)

Salve, ho acquistato una Xbox One X nuova da Amazon, ma ho notato che sulla parte frontale della console non c'è letichetta adesiva nera di PRECAUZIONI originale Microsoft in quanto il codice gamepass offerto in promozione dalla stessa Microsoft non si attiva
e dice usabile solo per nuovi clienti.......a questo punto vorrei capire se mi hanno venduto una console nuova o manomessa? Attendo il riscontro du qualcuno e grazie anticipatamente.....

Ciao, grazie per avermi risposto... Ho un altro dubbio per quanto riguarda il " piano di supporto tecnico cliente"..... dal mio seriale registrato sul sito Microsoft risulta scadere il 04/04/2020....la durata è di 1 anno...la data di scadenza dovrebbe essere
04/04/2021..... perché non coincidono?

The front sticker is no longer an indication on if a console is new or used as Microsoft stopped putting the sticker on a while ago. In regards to the Gamepass code, if you have had a paid subscription to Gamepass at some point, you will not be able to use
the code.

The seller you bought it from on Amazon likely bought it themselves on 04/04/2019 which is why when registered it shows the warranty expires on 04/04/2020. The 1-year limited manufacturer warranty starts when the console is processed from whatever store
it is bought from. Since it is common to buy items from a third party seller on Amazon, it's common to get a console who's warranty started at a sooner date than when you actually purchased the console from Amazon since the seller you bought it from purchased
it before you did from a different retailer. The date you see on the Microsoft site is the correct date and would cannot be changed. Any questions you have about the console or when it's warranty was activated, you should contact Amazon or the seller you purchased
the console from.

Front sticker wasn't on my One X console also if I remember correctly.

How was the rest of the package and items in the box?

If you have already had a paid subscription to Gamepass you can't use the code.
