Xbox one X not turning on

    Xbox one X not turning on


    This is not a warranty question, more of a general question. I bought a xbox one x off of my friend, and I took it apart cause he's had it for years and long use and wanted to replace the thermal paste and clean it out dust etc..

    while putting it all back together I broke the strap that is for the front usb / sync, and now the xbox lights up for a moment and shuts off. So I assume the xbox needs this cable ? , just odd one usb port would shut down a whole system

    What do I do if my Xbox was stuck at the preparing system stage then it doesn’t pick up the HDMI anymore?

    Ok so it is a Xbox one x it turn on recently and said error e103 but then never turned on again and it is beeping now
