XBox One X not recognized by HDMI out to any TV

XBox One X HDMI Out to Samsung SmartTV.

Tried last night and was on the phone this morning troubleshooting with Samsung customer support doing the same list of things you normally do - checking connections, resetting the TV, turning it off and on again under various conditions, going through device
connection guide again, etc.

Have tried it on another non-smart TV since and same issue - no matter which HDMI, it is not recognized (either "no signal" or "turn the device on" messages).

Have unplugged XB and pressed power button for 30 seconds, then plugged back in, turned on my TV and then XB - no signal.

It's not both TV's - other devices working fine on all HDMI ports.

The only thing we noticed about the XB was that the last time it was on it did flicker and even go black for a few seconds. No other issues. Have only had it since mid-December, 2018.

Also please check if your samsung set on auto detection of resolution this xan avoid conflicts with resolution

If you dont use 4k with a certain mode like uhd or hdr

Or certain refresh rates I forgwt which one xbox supports

Thanks, Diego - it was and always is plugged in directly to the wall outlet, never a surge protector. We have tried another HDMI cable already.

My Xbox One X did something similar after two months. I often use the Xbox App to stream to my PC so when it quit working on the monitor I was using at least I could still stream play. During phone troubleshooting they had me factory reset it though so
then I was out of luck entirely. I sent it to them and they sent me another system. If you are in the phone with them then you may be able to let them charge you for a second system and ship one out immediately then refund the charge when they receive you
old system. This helped me get up and back gaming sooner.

I'm sorry to hear that there no longer is any picture being displayed through the Xbox to your TVs. I'd be happy to provide some information.

From what I've seen in the past, this issue could have been caused by a power surge in the power connector causing the device to defect in the software specifically correlated to the data transfer between the HDMI, essentially causing a black screen. This
is usually due to the console being plugged in to a surge protector power strip that has been known to interfere with the internal power surge protectors and fuses, causing multiple defects or glitches with the system. How is your console hooked up regarding
the power cable?

The only other option to rule out the cable is to try another high speed 4K cable HDMI cable, but if the console's internal components have been compromised then you will have to send in your console for repair. Your console should have warranty based on
