Xbox one x not receiving any invites at all

Hi, I've got my new xbox one x not very long ago, the issue I'm having is that I am not receiving any invites to party or games, and it is a big pain since I have a lot of friends online and i cant join them, it's like the xbox is ignoring them, I've checked
the preferences l, it said it was on, ive also power cycled my xbox, hard reset, mandatory reset, and it still does not resolve the issue, need help

Press the Xbox button
 to open the guide.
Select System > Settings
> System > Console info.
Select Reset console.
On the Reset your console? screen, you'll see three options:

Reset and keep my games & apps. Use this option as your primary choice when troubleshooting. It will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps. In some cases, if a corrupt game file
is causing the issue you're troubleshooting, you may have to choose Reset and remove everything, but you should always start with
Reset and keep my games & apps.

Hello Palwolf,

I had this issue on the standard xbox one and maybe I can offer assistance. This problem persisted with me for a week until i hard reset my console. I would try unplugging it for several minutes. For good measure i also reset my router, which can be done
by unplugging and plugging it back in to the power and my issue git solved.
