    Xbox one x not loading some games past title screen


    So I literally just bought an Xbox one x yesterday got it all hooked up and started transferring games onto it and for some reason or another some of the games won't load past the title screen. Ive cleared the mac address, reset it, and all the other procedures and so far nothing helps

    Hello Tommycrocker1, the Xbox you purchased would be new or used if used, try a factory reset on your console to see if it's back to normal after the games are installed.

    If you've already done this procedure, try performing an offline reset, and be careful if your console is heating up more than usual.

    Xbox One reset keeping Games:

    Press the Xbox button to open the panel.

    Select system > system > console > system

    Select Reset console.

    Select Delete all

    Perform an offline system update

    Is your console connected to the internet? Because certain games require updates and there is no way to run them without them.

    I am not sure whether you have tried the factory reset option yet? Can you confirm you've reset it to factory defaults and set it up again?

    Hey, i would say to try and restart the xbox. The xbox might need to update if so you’d go into setting and check for updates it might work after that.
