    Hi, I have been having this problem for while and have tried everything I could think of to fix it, but no luck. I made sure that the external hard drive was plugged in, I cleared the cache, I even reset the whole xbox 3 times. What happens is, when I’m
    in a free roam or open world game, I just play the game and it frequently stops and I cant move and the audio keeps looping.

    Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to deal with this kind of issue more effectively. I can totally understand how this could be pretty disheartening especially if you play a lot of those kind of open world games. You state that you had
    even reset the whole Xbox 3 times?

    Did you do that via the settings in Console info?

    I suggest if you haven't performed a
    factory reset     while keeping your games & apps, it would be best to do so. If you have already, you might have to try the kind that uninstall the games next.

    When you get the chance, give that a shot and let us know if that helped.

    It has been patched a few times but no better for me.

    I appreciate the Xbox One X must be faster at loading games but the Xbox One's speed is fine to me.
    The loading speeds of the One X are no better than any other Xbox One as they used the same hard drive...it used to take upwards of 2 minutes for my one X to load a particular game!! You aren't missing out there. The One X is really only if you want the 4k content

    Hi, yes that will be so, if you bought a game for the XBOX One, it will run better on the XBOX One X (FPS and loading times) and run even better on the XBOX Series X (FPS and loading times)
