Xbox one x not letting me login into my 360 account

This started around last night when I went to play black ops 2 and I went to login and it was greyed out, so I went to clear my xbox 360 data and then after it restarted I put in my 360 info and it said “sorry theres a problem with the credentials that
you’re using to sign in”. Then under that it gave me a link that I could go type in my phone.

Thanks for posting on the Xbox forums. We understand that you are unable to sign in to your Xbox 360 profile through your Xbox One X. The credentials refer to the email address or password for your account. If you need to enter your credentials for
your account, you will have to remove the Xbox 360 profile and download it back. At the moment, there is

a service alert for signing to Xbox Live through the Xbox 360. This may affect your account. We recommend waiting until the service alert is lifted, and try signing in to your Xbox 360 profile again. Be sure to let us know the results

I just tried that and it didn’t work. Now it won’t let me login to my account on the 360. It says it can’t connect to Xbox live.

Thanks for the information but it doesn’t outline how to keep my 360 games on my 360 and xbox x games on my xbox x using the same login.
