Xbox One X not downloading games while in stand-by mode.

My One X auomatically goes into stand-by mode after 1 hour of inactivity. On my original One or my One S, games would automatically update or install after the Xbox entered the stand-by mode. Yesterday, I left my One X on to install and update a few games
while I was at work. When I came home I turned on my One X to find that none of the games had made any progress aside from what little they made before I left. Today I did the same, the Xbox was on and updating/installing games just fine while I was home,
but it quit downloading right after it went into stand-by. All of the settings for my power and updates seem to line up with where they did before on my S, which I have set to update in background and while in stand-by. Any suggestions?

Having some disc problems

I had issues with my xbox one for a little while. I ejected a game in standby mode and put in watch dogs. could not get my xbox to read watchdogs at all but would read the game that I ejected when in stand by. when it was in stand by mode the game ejected
but got sucked right back in think it had a glitch.

I messed around over and over again. I put the original game when it started and turned xbox in stand by mode. ejected game and put same game back in and when the xbox turned on I ejected that one game and watch dogs started to work again

Yes, William YZF R1, that is what I was thinking. The Xbox One is in "stand by" mode while not on, so it can be bypassed for simpler viewing.

 

Is the power mode set to "Instant-on"? Set it to "Instant-on" if it isn't already.

Also, leave the box unchecked for the option that says, "When Xbox is off, turn off storage".
