Xbox one X no video display and warranty!

I had this problem with the xbox one x. It was a couple of days later that the display did not work at all. Believed to be a video chip failure.

Just came back from the MS Store. They couldn't get a display to work. I figured they would have some tools at their disposal that could diagnose the specific error. They did not. They only used the same tools that they list online. They only offer a refurb

yes I have tries a few times with no luck, hdmi port looks good from the outside, never gets moved or unplugged, just stopped displaying one day. I then un plugged everything and reconnected and it worked for 1 more day, now nothing i do gives me and display
