    Xbox One X No Signal


    Hello,

    i have a problem with my Xbox one X, when i turn the console on all seems to be okay. The Xbox Logo turns white as it should be and the xbox seems to start. But i cant see any video output, i also tried other Hdmi-cables and Tvs, but nothing helped. What should i do now? Is there any fix you know or in case of a bigger issue, is there any place to send it to?

    Hey gds1972?.. Umm... I forgot one more issue.. Another annoying as well.. Sometimes my Screen loses signal of my Xbox One X and unfortunate I have to disconnect & Reconnect the cable every time it does that or Full Restart the Xbox
    One X which again.. It's not the System fault but it's one of the ways for the signal to recognize it again..

    I'm literally having the same issue as you on my 3rd Xbox One X. The first two issues were a direct result of Insider Preview updates corrupting the harddrive. This instance was just a bad GPU on a console that I've only had for six days.

    If you've tried using different HDMI cables and are able to use different displays and you are still not getting a picture, contact Xbox Support and start the repair process.

    If you're like me and have a 3rd party warranty (gamestop) contact them for a replacement. Support here and on reddit is literally hit and miss … mostly miss. Don't waste your time with them.

    have you tried unplugging the power and then plugging it back in and powering the xbox one by holding the power and eject buttons and keeping them heald until a second beep happens, this would then load it up in a basic display mode and then see if you
    can configure the display then?
