    I want help, that isn't sure, pay half of the consoles worth and then some more. This will probably seem more like a complaint, because it kind of is, my console is 2 months past warranty now, it broke 2 weeks ago while I was in a game, the screen flickered,
    then went black, i could still here the game through my headset, and my friend in party chat. I tried using 4 different hdmi cables. And 3 different TV. No signal. I paid 500$ for this now worthless xbox, and it didn't even last two years, and im supposed
    to pay 250$ + replacement parts?! Way to show me how much I mean. Next gen consoles are right around the corner. Do I want to experience this again? I will have too look back at this while I decide. I will not forget this injustice microsoft. To everyone looking
    into getting the xbox one x still, I recommend looking for something else. This is the worst purchase I have made from microsoft. It pains me, i feel betrayed. To think I got a faulty product, or a product designed to fail right after the warranty expires.
    But what else should I think or feel. I have always taken good care of my console. And this one appears to have not been built to last. Thanks for taking my money. Hope it made someone happy, because i am unhappy with my faulty product.

    Hey gds1972?.. Umm... I forgot one more issue.. Another annoying as well.. Sometimes my Screen loses signal of my Xbox One X and unfortunate I have to disconnect & Reconnect the cable every time it does that or Full Restart the Xbox
    One X which again.. It's not the System fault but it's one of the ways for the signal to recognize it again..

    I'm literally having the same issue as you on my 3rd Xbox One X. The first two issues were a direct result of Insider Preview updates corrupting the harddrive. This instance was just a bad GPU on a console that I've only had for six days.

    If you've tried using different HDMI cables and are able to use different displays and you are still not getting a picture, contact Xbox Support and start the repair process.

    If you're like me and have a 3rd party warranty (gamestop) contact them for a replacement. Support here and on reddit is literally hit and miss … mostly miss. Don't waste your time with them.

    have you tried unplugging the power and then plugging it back in and powering the xbox one by holding the power and eject buttons and keeping them heald until a second beep happens, this would then load it up in a basic display mode and then see if you
    can configure the display then?
