Xbox One X, no signal output, serviced, but will no longer output 4K

Hi Khullkum, that is quite unfortunate because you would probably have to contact Microsoft again to repair your problem. but first try this;

1) try hard restating your console by having your xbox turned on then hold the power button for 10 seconds it will power off. Turn it on and try again.

2) One other thing you could try is use another hdmi port of your TV.

Hi - I tried resetting the console, and then set the whole Xbox as new. I also toggled between HDMI 2.0, 1.4 and then back to 2.0 and I the option to enable 4K is enabled now. Thanks.

I'm a bit concerned that the console had to be repaired within 9 months of hardly any usage, I've searched and found that it seems to be a common problem with the retimer chip. Microsoft service is great so when it comes to servicing the unit
