Xbox One X No Signal on TV

    Hi!

I have issues and couldnt display an image on my Monitor ,Now when I try to turn it on, the TV always shows that there's no signal. I've tried the fixes Microsoft suggested on their website such as cold booting, resetting display settings by holding the
eject and power button, but with no success.t's definitely not the hdmi cable's or TV HDMI port's fault either as it works perfectly with my other consoles and I plugged it into the right Hdmi port (both Xbox and TV).

Does anyone here know any solution to this?

    :)

Hi, recently became the owner of Xbox One X, connected everything as in the instruction from 4 steps and ... and nothing, "No signal", although with the usual Xbox one, everything is fine. Connect this xbox one x to the monitor via HDMI, everything is fine,
then the console is OK, but with tv doesn't works. I tried all the options with the video settings both on the console and on the TV, loaded the console mode in the safe mode, updated the firmware on the TV, updated the xbox one x too, but the result is still
"No signal" ... I understand that TV does not support 4k, but 1080p that pulls already the 4th year in tandem with Xbox one. The TV model is Philips 40PFL3008H / 12. Can someone come across a similar or explain what such in xbox one x happened with HDMI?

Issue with Xbox One X - TV problem?

    Hello all!

To start off, I have an LG 75UH8550 4K TV, and it is plugged directly into HDMI port 1 from the One X

I upgraded from an Original Xbox One to the One X and everything has been fine except for one issue; if I turn off the TV when the One X is on, and then turn the TV back on, my TV says that there is no signal. I have to either turn the One X off or unplug
the HDMI and plug it back in.

The weird thing is that if I go to the Input selection, it says "Connected: MS Xbox One", but no signal.

Has anyone else had this? Is it just something that I will have to work around?

    Thanks for the help!

  5. Although you’ve already done a cold reboot and possibly a factory reset, is there any way you can get it to another panel and make sure the video output is set to auto detect?

XBox One X works only on 1 port out of all the devices i've tried to connect it to

    Hi Oskayra,

I've used the same cable. On multiple devices that would accept other devices but the Xbox one x.

A Nintendo switch is connected successfully with a cable to the tv. I've switched it to the Xbox one x but the tv doesn't recognize a signal.

Xbox One X 4K pass thru?

When you say 4K pass through, are you talking about a 4K source sending the TV signal to the Xbox and then to the TV? Or sending the Xbox1 X 4K signal to pass through a 4K receiver and then to the 4K TV?

Xbox One X - no signal on TV

Thank you for your advice! Unfortunately I have already tried to connect another monitor and everything was correctly connected. This is my third xbox console and maybe it's time to consider PS.

Xbox One X - no signal on TV

    Hi,

From the troubleshooting steps you’ve tried, this unfortunately does indicate a hardware fault. To confirm this though, are you able to try another TV or monitor? Do you use a HDMI adapter/switch in your setup, or is everything directly connected?

Also be sure to connect the HDMI cable to the ‘out to TV’ port (not HDMI IN, and right next to the power supply input) on your Xbox console, and verify it’s properly connected.

Your TV likely has multiple HDMI inputs (most models have 2 or 3), so be sure to match the correct source/input to the one that you’re connected to.

This guide may help (specifically step 3):

Set up your Xbox One console | Xbox Support

Troubleshooting a blank TV screen or monitor while your Xbox is on | Xbox Support

Keep in mind that it can be expensive to have your console repaired in this situation, so it’s probably best to just purchase a new one and perhaps upgrade to a Series X|S. If you still want to request repair, then refer the steps to do so with all the out-of-warranty service costs for your country/region here:

    Hope this helps.
