Xbox One X - no HDMI signal

Hi,

I've bought an Xbox One X last week, all was working correctly until yesterday.

My Xbox One X doesn't display anymore on my TV (Philips 55PUS7272 (4K, UHD, 10 bits)).

I've try :

I was able to boot in low resolution mode (640 × 480) but it only works once.

Since, there is absolutly no display.

I've tried all the HDMI ports of my TV.

I've changed and tested 3 HDMI cables.

I've also tried to tested on my old TV, a Samsung FullHD, same behavior.

And I've try to change power cable, no effect.

The Xbox One X start, I can connect to it with the Android app.

I saw that downloads are in progress.

What I have to do? Any ideas?

My xbox one X has now shown a no HDMI signal even though there is an HMDI cable plugged in

Xbox One X losing hdmi signal

Hello i was wondering if the xbox one x losing hdmi signal is a common problem and how i can fix it. I'm using hdmi cable that came with xbox one x and it will intermittently just lose signal instantly. If i reset xbox or pull cable out and put back in
signal will come back. Very annoying and my fear is it will get worse.

If you've exhausted all of the steps described in the "Blank screen" support article, the last resort step is to send your console in to Microsoft for a repair.

Since you've only had it for about a week, you can first check if it's possible to return your console to the retailer for an exchange.

Both of my xbox one x say no signal and it being the hdmi ports both times.

Thanks for reaching out to us today. I'm sorry to hear about the current issue with not getting any signal on through the Xbox One X. I do see you state to have tried various steps on trying to resolve this. Even tried different cables, have you tried on
a different tv/ monitor to see if you still don't receive any signal?

I do want to ask have you attempted to perform the offline system update or tried to reset the console by bringing up the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter? If not follow these steps:

Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.
Wait 30 seconds, and then plug the power cord back in.
Press and hold the BIND button (located below the Xbox button on the console) and the
EJECT button (located on the front of the console), and then press the
Xbox button on the console.
Continue holding the BIND and EJECT buttons for 10-15 seconds.
Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. You can release the
BIND and EJECT buttons after the second power-up tone.
The console should power up and take you directly to the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter.

Here you can select to perform the Offline system update which would require you to

download the offline system update. As well as you can select Reset this Xbox. When prompted, select
Keep games and apps. This option will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps.

Note: Before resetting your console make sure of the following:

There is a stable network connection.
The information for all profiles is known (email and passwords)

Once the setup is complete it will ask if we want to keep settings or manual setup let's do
manual setup.

Give it a shot and let us know of any changes!
