Parece ser que mi one x no funciona el puerto HDMI o un chip relacionado y está fuera de garantía, mi pregunta es si trató de repararlo por fuera y no lo logro, aun asi podria pagar con ustedes por la compostura?

Hi Cardinal,

Any replacement, comes with a refurbished console. You also get a 90 day warranty on that refurbished console. Hope this helps.

The answer to your question, is "No"

If you try to resolve any hardware issues with your console yourself, and then you are unsuccessful, and you then request to get the console serviced, once it gets to the service center they will consider it tampered with and they will refuse to service
the console.

I hope this was able to clear up any confusion this might have caused.

Ok, so i have another question with that, if i do pay for the service in the warranty sectiom it said that they will replaced with another xbox, but it will be a new one or a refurbished one?

And if so i will get anu warranty, cause to my brother happens the same thing and reading a few forums i found that is a common problem with the one x

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

First of all try proving everything, and also ask customer support maybe they can help you and see that its not a hardware problem https://support.xbox.com/en-us/contact-us, but if its not fixeable by you, then try the repair with xbox, as i can see you
speak spanish so you probably know this quote "lo barato sale caro"
