    I have an xbox one and I also have an xbox one x, on the Xbox I have wireless display it works great no problems at all I stream movies to my Xbox ect. Now I have bought an xbox one x I moved everything across from my Xbox one to the one x. Now my wireless
    display dosnt work on my Xbox X. Settings the same as Xbox One why because I transfer it all across. Both systems are registered for insider program both boxes are on alpha preview. remember now the Xbox one still works what's going on with my one x is it
    faulty ect? Any help would be great thanks.

    There is no official support documentation on the Xbox One X yet, but it should be able to display 720p as an option like the others.

    Perform a hard reset EXACTLY like this.

    You should log into the enforcement team website for information where you can also submit a case review if the suspension is eligible.

    If that doesn't work try a different port on the TV or a different HDMI cable.

    Has it ever shown an signal?

    Are you connecting the xbox directly from your xbox to your tv or are you going through an audio video receiver?

    If connected directly to TV make sure you are on the right input on the tv.

    If connected through AV receiver make sure that is on the right input.

    Make sure that you have the HDMI cable going out of the right port on back of xbox one is an input for your cable box or other device so you can use the xbox as a passthrough and one is an output that would
    go to your tv so you want to make sure that the HDMI cable coming out of the out to tv on the back of the xbox

    Test it on a different TV and see if you are getting the same thing of no signal if you are and you have done all the trouble shooting from above then it would seem there would be a problem with the out
    put of the xbox and would need to send it in for repair.

    No... sorry for uncorrect info. My gamepad is displayed as 2 gamepads in Mortal Kombat 11. "DirectInput" and "Xbox One". When i tap X it displays as ''A+X" whaen i tap A it displays like "Y+A" etc.

    I'm very sorry to hear that your Xbox doesn't seem to be displaying... have you checked the following?

    • Verify HDMI cable works with another device
    • Verify the HDMI input on your TV or Receiver works with another device
    • Verify that the HDMI cable is plugged into the HDMI IN port on the Xbox One X
    • If you have another display (like a HDMI computer monitor or another TV) try connecting it to that
    • Try disconnecting and reconnecting the HDMI cable while the Xbox One X is powered on

    Check if it's just the display having issues... if if the Xbox One X isn't booting properly:

    1. Turn on the Xbox One X, and connect a LAN cable to your Xbox One X and to your router
    2. Log into your router and check to see if your Xbox One X is showing up on the network
    3. If you can see it on your network than that means that there's an issue in your display chain specifically
    4. If you can't check it that way, see if the Xbox App can detect your Xbox on the network
    Do controllers wired to the Xbox One X power on and light up properly? This is another way to check and see if it's a display issue, or if the XBox One X isn't even booting properly

    Hopefully one of the items listed above will help us get closer to the source of your problem 🙂

    Any point buying an X for 1080p TV?

    While 4k gaming is the major benefit of the Xbox One X, I believe you will still see some performance benefits when using the Xbox One X with a 1080p display.
