    Xbox one x network transfer


    I have purchased an xbox one x., and now want to transfer my games / settings from my xbox one s.

    I have completed the transfer by using my home network, however I have come across a couple of problems. Two of the games (Gears of War 4 and Assassins Creed Black Flag) will not play on the xbox one x, and they come up with the error code that I do not
    own the games, yet they are installed.

    The games still do play on the xbox one s. They were downloaded games (no disc) and I am not sure how to remedy this problem.

    I have made the xbox one x my home device but still no joy.

    Any help would be grateful.

    Without external device

    If you mean that you want to transfer data between two Xbox consoles (especially if you have an Xbox One or Xbox One S, and you've upgraded to the Xbox One X), you can still transfer your game/app installations over your local network.

    i have problem with forza 4 too, when i try to transfer from xbox one to xbox one x through local network transfer it keep pausing n cant complete

    Xbox one x network transfer

    Uninstall the games, and reinstall them from the windows store. This solved my issue with that error code.

    ONE S to ONE X Upgrade

    go to settings and use network transfer, or you can sign in on your xbox one x and redownload everything.

    network transfer is faster :)

    Not 100% sure this is what you are looking for, but I have been able to transfer X-1 to X-1 and S to X-1 via the System->Backup and Transfer-> Network transfer

    Both consoles must be on the same wireless network and must have the Allow Network Transfer box ticked.
