xbox não funciona mais com atualização preview

Xbox oNE não liga mais após uma atualização de 4,1gb da preview. Depois que atualiza, ele reinicia e não liga mais depois de um tempo. Já tentei ligar e fazer a atualização com pendrive, mas nada da certo .

Xbox one x losing nat with reboot

Eu estou usando o meu Xbox um x em um arqueiro vr600 versão 2 e um dia um xbone.
O antigo xbox one está conectado com facilidade ao wifi e com portas abertas.
O xbox one x não é capaz de obter um endereço IP estático não Wifi.
Quando me conecto via cabo, funciona até que eu feche o xbox.
Quando eu inicio de novo, ele tem o mesmo IP de antes que ele não pode se conectar.
Eu tenho que segurar o botão power por 10 segundos e desconectá-lo do wallplug.

If none of these solutions resolved the problem, your console may need to be serviced. Go to
Device Support to submit a repair request:

After you've signed in with your Microsoft account, select Problem with a device.

Under For which device? select your Xbox One console or register it.

Select Display Issue and select Next.

On the next page, explain the issue in the Describe your problem field.

Beside Based on the problem described, we need to create a service order to replace your device, click
Next.

Follow the steps to complete your service order.

Se você já verificou todos os cabos, conexões e tomadas, e mesmo assim o xbox não dá nenhum sinal de vida. Você deve entrar em contato com o
suporte via chat para verificar como proceder com relação ao reparo de seu produto.

Thanks for reaching out to us. We understand it can be confusing since this was a console you recently just purchased, but it will not start. We appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve this situation. Honestly, I would try a different power cable and
a different wall outlet. If it still does not work then it is best to return it to the place of purchase. Just make sure to have the receipt on hand as well. That would be much faster than doing the repair. If the receipt is not available then you can either
call the place of purchase ahead of time to see if they would exchange it still or contact our support team to set up the repair.

If you go to

a callback, follow these steps:

Step 1 ----select Xbox One

Step 2 ----select no
thanks, then select category system update

Step 3-----gives some troubleshooting or help tips

Step 4 ----select request a call from support
