XBOX ONE X MIXER BROADCASTING ISSUE

I broadcast on xbox one x console mixer app and it says im broadcasting but then i go to check my channel through my phone and its says im offline with not present stream or anything. Has been doing it every time and will no save past streams. Is there
a fix for this?

There are massive delays at times sometimes when you just start streaming there are set backs where the stream is a bit slow. But to finalize whether your stream is online do you have a way to see that it really isn't working?

Sometimes I find a massive delay from when I start the stream and when it starts to appear when I load the website. How long do you wait? Are you able to check on a PC or have someone else check to see if they see anything on their screen?
