Empecé a tener problemas con esta One X hace unos meses. El problema era que no daba señal de vídeo. Se encendía, aparecía la animación de Scorpio y luego, antes de aparecer la pantalla de fondo verde con el logo de Xbox One (la de carga) perdía la señal
de vídeo. La mandé a garantía y expliqué detalladamente el problema

Pensaba que la iban a cambiar pero la recibí igual con una escueta carta "software update". Bueno, la encendí y funcionaba bien, al siguiente reinicio... Vueltas a las mismas.

Ahora por lo menos tengo señal de vídeo. El problema es que se queda en el logo de One X con fondo verde 15 minutos (cronometrados). Un poco cansado y defraudado por el servicio decidí activar la opción de "encendido rápido", entonces, al no desconectarse
la X del todo arranque inmediatamente, pero soy consciente de que esa no es para nada una solución, si la apago del todo siempre tarda esos 15 minutos en arrancar, es evidente que tiene un problema y en la garantía no se quisieron hacer cargo.

El próximo 25 de enero cumple la garantía ¿qué puedo hacer? Da la impresión que cualquier día, como ya ocurrió, nunca más encenderá.

You may need to setup another repair if the steps above doesn't resolve your issue.

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to hopefully get your console to work as intended. I can totally understand how this could be pretty distressing. I agree with @AquarrzSudnnym
that following the steps in that link would be the best course of action. If that does not work, I would then recommend requesting a repair either through device support or
by contacting
customer support.

One Xbox One S and X. Max record time in DVR is 5 minutes with the resolution at 720p. On Xbox One. The DVR max is 15 minutes at 720p. All these settings are found under the Broadcasting and Capture section in Preferences in the settings. Although. That
is odd that the S and X have a shorter time.

OK, I understand. However at 15-20 minutes for start up? That's a crazy amount of time. I'm now at 15 or so minutes. I'll let it keep going. It's not locked up, because I see the center of the X (in the Xbox one logo) Pulsing like a heart beat. I have no
problem waiting. I would have thought they would have mentioned a possible 30 min boot up time. But that's just me.
