Xbox One X Major Crash!

    Xbox One X Major Crash!


    After 2 days my X1X Crashed en restarted during gaming, After the reboot it went well for 2 days. After that there was the Major crash.

    The problems after the crash.

    - Wont turn on, only hear a xbox bleep sound and turned off. ( serveral times )

    - Xbox turns on for 10 sec and turns off.

    - Xbox sometimes turn on with black screen and no menus.. And after some minutes it crash again.. and reloop start over!

    What i have tried.

    - Unplug the Xbox one X from power waited for a minute ( no reaction )

    - Put the Xbox one X directly to wall plug.. ( no reaction )

    I returned the xbox one X to the store... I will get a new one ( Have to wait because they are out of stock! )

    But i want to know is this another launch problem??

    Star Wars: Battlefront II (X1)

    Since an update a while ago it regularly causes my Xbox One X to hard crash and turn off completely. Only game that does this.

    Need to try this update out - but hope it has fixed those crashes.

    Xbox one X crash

    Sorry about the title i didn't really know what to put.

    Anyhow im a wee bit worried i've been playing and enjoying a new game on Xbox called Tera Online, the problem is 3 times now the games froze then a few seconds later it crashes an at same time completely shutsdown my Xbox one X.

    Am i being paranoid about this breaking my xbox or is it fine to continue playing?

    yep, huge issue. Not happy as I have a Scorpio that can not be replaced

    so every site I look at people are having the same problem with xbox one x (possibly xbox one also)

    people including myself are all having games crash, freeze, reset to , reset and turn off the console.

    is this being looked at ? is it just a coincidence that has been since the recent update to the os ?

    I think people just want an answer that this is being looked at an it will be fixed rather than being told try reset your console or send it back an we will fix it.

    Microsoft have been fantastic at taking care of its customers (from mine and friends experience) but this time they are hugely letting people down.
