    Hello does anyone experienceing the same problem?

    when i am playing game i think the volume is too low and i need to turn on and when i switch back to xbox menu i have to turn down the volume

    because the sounds are normal and loud!!

    can someone help?

    i dont know if it is normal the dashboard sounds are louder than ingame!!

    Hello Grgnik,

    We understand that you're experiencing issues regarding sound on the dashboard and other areas on the console sounding lower than normal.

    Our suggestion here, attempt to perform a soft factory reset on the console:

    Reset and keep my games & apps. You should use this option as your primary choice when troubleshooting. It will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or
    apps. This will save you from downloading or reinstalling the large game files.

    Note: This will remove profiles, so be sure to keep all information for signing into any/all accounts.

    Try this and let us know if this works.

    The only idea that I can think of this to turn your volume up.

    Maybe on your Xbox preferences the game volume (DVD) is low?

    Maybe your xbox disk drive is broken.
