Xbox One X Low Framerate

Hello everyone. About 1 year ago I bought an Xbox One X to increase the performance of many games and have a better gaming experience, and it was like this until about 2 months ago when I realized several problems and crashes that occurred in my xbox.

At first I noticed only a few minor problems such as the volume that was sometimes isolated from the games and was not played, then there were numerous crashes of games and apps that made it impossible for me to play.

I thought they were small problems that could happen sometimes, but a short time ago I started to notice small drops of framerate in many games, mainly in those optimized for xbox one x, being only some decline of framerate I did not give them weight,
but now most of the games start and continue very slowly, both in the gameplay and in the animations, it does not seem to play in an xbox one x.

Having noticed these numerous problems I called the microsoft service and sent my xbox one x, still under warranty, to a repair and control center in Frankfurt, Germany.

After 2 weeks the xbox returned, with her there was a note saying that a factory reset had been made and nothing more, because no problems were found in the console.

Then I tried to turn it on and after reinstalling some games I found that nothing had changed and that the games were still slow and the numerous problems continued to exist, the last case I found is with Jump Force, which is also optimized for xbox one
x, in which the slowness of animations and gameplay is impressive with continuos scary drops of framerate.

Now I find myself stunned and I do not know what to do, I do not feel like sending the xbox to do another check because I do not think it would be useless.

So I was wondering if someone else had ever get to this kind of situation and if maybe someone could help me or if it was possible to get a change, of the xbox, from Microsoft (even if I think the latter is not possible).

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. Sorry to hear that the issue was not fixed when you sent it in for repair. You may want to consider contacting

your nearest Microsoft store. Set up an appointment if they allow the exchange of consoles. Keep in mind, your console would still need to be under warranty to do this.

My TV has without any doubt the 4K, it's said on the TV manual and on the xbox one x options

Instead for the HDR it's said on the TV manual and on the tv option that I have HDR (I even have the option turned on on the TV), but I don't know why my xbox one x says that my TV doesn't support it

The information are :

(Those are the information I found on the cable, there was no label or anything except for those ones)

MONITOR MODEL = Samsung Smart TV 4K UHD HDR

Model = UE40MU6100K Type No. = UE40MU6100 Version No. = 01 S/N = 0AG73SKJ500051R

Display settings on the console =

1) The TV is 4K one and the console support and reproduces the games on 4K with no problems

2) My TV should support the HDR but for some reasons the console says it doesn't

3) The HDR+ option is on on the TV options

Yes, The only noticeable case I found was with "Sekiro : Shadows Die Twice" but in this game there are fewer and less invasive framerate letdowns that happens at very busy and fast moments
