Xbox One X Loud Fan and Glitchy/Buggy

Whenever I turn on my Xbox it will start making a really loud noise. It's also very slow when I start it up and will every once in awhile freeze-up. Does anyone have any ideas as to what I can do to fix it? It takes way longer than usual to start games
and some won't start at all. Also sometimes when I open up the side menu where you see your friends list and stuff and when I try to navigate it, it will do things on the home screen still and it will often do the same on the menu where you restart and turn
off the console. Restarting it did not work. (Edit) I think I will just take it to a repair shop, does it cost a lot to have Microsoft repair it?

I had my Xbox right up against a wall so I think that might have been the problem.

Things to keep in mind:

Place the console on a stable surface.
Do not place the console on speakers or subwoofers.
The console should be in a well-ventilated, relatively cool place and away from direct heat sources.
The space should be uncluttered. Do not put other objects on, under, or right next to the console. For example, don’t put an object on the top right of your Xbox One. This may block the vents and cause your console to overheat.

Whenever I have had loud fan issues it has been something in relation to dirt or dust.

A few small hints: Don't use your console in a room prone to extreme humidity, also try to avoid using your console in an environment where people smoke. Factors like these can create a very thick slick of dust and oils which can be hard to clean and can
seriously damage your console.

So.... This is also happening with me right now, the thing is, here in Brazil the temperatures are always high in the summer, my Xbox started to make noises as well. I moved my Xbox and put it in a simple desk with nothing on it's sides or above it and
it worked.

Yea that's what I was thinking but when I took off the top cover I found out I didn't have the right size Torx wrench to take the rest apart.
