Xbox one x lost signal

When I check hdr and 4k and I go to game i have black screen for a 5 second and signal loses this happens from game to home screen and home screen to game. I search fix for a 10 days and all people send me to troubleshoot 4k. I add i am not first person
who have that bug and i really want can someone tell me how to fix it... sorry for english

It appears that you ill need to check your case with the hardware department. To do so, you will need to contact the online support team. Access Contact us | Xbox Support. Follow the instructions after clicking on the green button "Contact us" and choose to get help either from an online chat agent or request a callback. Make sure the region on the support website is set to your correct region in order not to find issues with the steps.

+1 from me. Xbox One (no S) works on the menu but signal is lost when starting the main feature.

Hey gds1972?.. Umm... I forgot one more issue.. Another annoying as well.. Sometimes my Screen loses signal of my Xbox One X and unfortunate I have to disconnect & Reconnect the cable every time it does that or Full Restart the Xbox
One X which again.. It's not the System fault but it's one of the ways for the signal to recognize it again..

Both of my xbox one x say no signal and it being the hdmi ports both times.
