Xbox one X lost ping via Cable

Hi EveryOne I have a serious problem. I have sent my xbox one x to Microsoft Suport with my ethernet problem, and they send me again my xboxonex telling me, they have revised all hardward and soft and the xboxonex is fine.

Again, I connect my Xbox One X via cable to Internet, and at the begining it works, but after reboot console, xbox get lost packages, and lost xbox live connection.

Anyboy knows about this problem?

All of my controllers lost connection.

Hi,

all of my three controllers lost their connection to my xbox one x at the same time.

If I want to connect them again, nothing happens.

If I want to connect them via a micro-usb cable, nothing happens.

So it's impossible for me to use the console.

My internet 150mb and no problem

My xbox one x is conect via ethernet cable, new (cat6).

Hi Rafa,

I would like to get a bit more info in regards to this so we can further assist. If you run the Multiplayer test what kind of message does it give you? Do you have the same persisting error when connecting wireless? Also, have you tried a different ethernet
cable to connect to your network?

Sometimes what could also affect the way a console connects is the router's settings. Have you gone through the basics of opening ports, or adding the console's mac address to your router to see if that helps?

First of all, thank you for you quikly answer.

I have vodafone as Internet company and I have found that Xbox One X has issues with HS500 vodafone Router.

today Vodafone will change me the router for another router. I hope my problemes desappear, if I continue with issue, I will contact to you if you can.

Hi, the problem was not only to internet, it was on local ip. I done ping to local ip xbox and the packages was lost. So only one thing was possible, or Xbox ethernet port ort Router, and in this case, was Router....
