    Xbox One X Loses TV Connection Daily


    Hello Guys,

    So I bought the Xbox One X on release night and it's been great MOST of the time. Once or twice a day, I lose the signal to my TV completely. I could be watching a show on Netflix or playing FFXV and the whole screen would lose picture, showing gray and
    black signal bars. I'm playing on an LG U6300 4K HDR tv and I have only used the peripherals that came out of the box. The picture comes back after restarting the system, but it's highly annoying when you're fighting a tough boss and the picture drops.

    I have a xbox one x connected to my lg b7 oled tv via hdmi and every now and again the xbox seems to lose connection to my tv. HELP.

    I have been having the same issues, bought a new xbox one X and have been losing connection randomly, never lost connection before with the normal xbox one. When I lose connection it will sometimes say Teredo error or upnp connection error. Totally not
    fun, I'm considering buying a new router but if it's the consoles fault I dont know what I'll do. I have already swapped my xbox one X out with another xbox one x from gamestop because I thought the first one was faulty and this did not stop the connection
    issue.

    Xbox One X losing tv connection in and out

    The issue seems to be occurring only when the console is in the stage where it asks "do you want to keep these settings?" Once I told it yes the issue has gone away. If it comes back, I will post it on this thread.

    I'm going off that the OP was going to connect the Xbox to the sound bar then the sound bar to the TV, this route would require the sound bar to have HDMI 2.1 to retain 4K at 120hz for the TV

    If they can connect the Xbox straight to the TV then the TV connects to the sound bar, they should be fine and everything works.
