Xbox One X Loose Powr Cord

If you cannot exchange the console and the cable is pushed in all the way, I'd just use a little black electrical tape. It shouldn't be like that though.

Are you pushing the cable in far enough? Sometimes it can be quite hard to force the cable into the port (it is on my xbox one S), The only other option is to return it to the retailer or you could try buying another power cord as they are a pretty much
standard power cable and easy to find.

Probably it's a bad cable if it cannot enter into console. You can try to change the cable by replacing it, or contact your dealer for a replacement.

If you got it recently just send your console back to your retailer and ask for a replacement or a refund.

There was a large post on reddit that went away where basically the power cords in some X's were loose. Might need a new power cord or REALLY jam it in there to make sure your good.
