Xbox one x, lock ups slow loding textures and now not wanting to contect to wireless network

Hi guys

I apologise if this is in the wrong place,

Im hoping someone can shed some light as im struggling with where to lodge a ticket with Microsoft regarding my issues.

I have an Xbox one X From release and I have had issues with it locking up and it crashing its not all the time but happens enough for it to be annoying.

But recently i have had issues with it being really slow to load textures on ‘the divison’ i have also once had some really weird graphical issues when playing where i have all kinds of weird things happening (which i recorded) but because it never happened
again i thought it may have been an in game issue.

My most recent concern is now the system is becoming problematic to contect to my wireless. It keeps forgetting the password and when i put it in rejects it and in order to get it to connect i have to keep powering the xbox down and unplugging it, plugging
it back in and then trying again till it works.

I know this is an issue on the xbox side of wireless because it does it for connecting both my satellite internet and my mobile hotpost. No other devices have issues connecting to either.

I feel like my xbox has not really performed how it should since i have had it but now more and more niggly things keep happening i wonder if I just have one that might be problematic.

Has anyone else had similar issues

Is my x-box broken? Help?

I have a x-box 360 slim, I play all the time and it works fine. I bought x-box live recently but my xbox could not detect any wireless networks. The wireless network section said no networks or what ever. My friend told me my wireless finder must be broken.
So i got a xbox 360 wireless adapter. Now my xbox finds the internet, my internet is the first one. I select it and my xbox won't connect to live I've tried a hundred times and it won't connect. Is my xbox's ability to connect to xbox live broken.

 

Wireless network failure

I have problems whit my xbox one x console to connect wireless network.

My console won't find any wireless network at wirst when I start my xbox and only the buuting my console will get the wireless network back to work.

Wirst it happend somedays but now it does that almoust every time when I start my xbox.

What I can do to fix this problem or do I have to send my xbox to service ?

How do you have your console connected to the mains? Is plugged in directly, or via plug strip with other devices attached? Is there any surge protection present in-between the console and power? Quite a few power strip plugs have surge protection built
in and these can cause issues with the console as all Xbox One consoles from the original to the One X have surge protection built in. If you do use a strip and it has no surge protection it maybe faulty, try another one.

Problems with the incoming power can cause the console to be unstable. This may manifest strange issues such as textures failing to load up, system settings changing, games crashing or the console becoming completely unresponsive until a full system restart
is performed.

So we can rule out an issue with your power set up, can you please confirm how you have your console connected to the mains please?

soft factory reset of the console. When following these steps, let's have you be sure to choose the option to "Reset and keep my games and apps." After this, do you still encounter the issue with your console not detecting your wireless network?

Thank you I will give this a try, I hope this helps towards the lock up crashing too because the xbox crashed on me again last night.
