Xbox One x - loading from green screen

I've sent my Xbox One X to support (Support request number:

1406644218) because when I kept it off for a few hours and after I turned it on, it charged me from the Xbox green screen and did all the loading.

I received the console yesterday but the problem was not solved.

When you turn it back on after a few hours or the following morning it does not immediately load the home screen, but it does all the loading from the green screen.

HELP !!!!!

PS: in the settings I have immediate access.

Home screen not loading

my sons xbox one started loading games really slowly .. then it would only go on green xbox screen saying taking to long to load home screen.. now its not connecting at all .. can here the moter in it but sounds slow.. tried reboot but not working .. just

The Italian assistance center has become available to replace it with a new one.

I have the same Problem whit my series x and my one x have done the same steps whit the factory reset and after a coupel minuts in this stuck loading screen its give me a screen eher its sayes ther is a Problem and the Option to restart or fix the Problem all 2 ways leading back to the loading screen whit the green screen thats loading non stop

When the XBOX ONE goes to the green loading screen this NORMALLY means there was a power outage or what not.

What I can suggest to you is unplug the XBOX ONE for a few seconds, plug it back in it will load the green loading screen again, but hopefully complete the loading afterwards. If not you may have a faulty system.

In my case, when I launch Xbox fitness it just goes to the green screen with "Xbox fitness" on it and the little green loading dots then it goes right back to the home screen without loading fully. It's been a while now and no solution yet from MS???
