Habe seit neustem das Problem, das die one x einige spiel-cd's nicht mehr liest. Habe z.b. Tomb Raider eingelegt und gespielt, abends dann ausgemacht und anderen Tag las die Konsole die CD nach dem Einschalten nicht mehr. Andere CD werden gelesen, einige
aber nicht. Die CD's sind sauber und kratzfrei, werden immer nur am Rand angepackt und wandern vom Laufwerk immer sofort in die hülle (bzw. umgekehrt, wenn zum spielen notwendig).

Manchmal dann nach 20-30 mal rein/raus wird die CD gelesen, meist aber nicht.

Was ist da wohl zu machen ? Hab noch Garantie, möchte die aber nur einschicken, wenns gar nicht anders geht. Gibt es da Tipp's ?

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to handle this situation. I can totally understand how this could be confusing. If you do in fact still have warranty and it's not working as it should, I would indeed recommend sending it in for repair
while you can.

console is up to date.

i found a solution tonight, its: if i move up the console at front directly after insert a cd it will be read.

seems that something is not ok with hardware/cd-drive ?

should i use the the ability to send the console in

Thanks for coming to the forums. We understand you are having issues with disks being read. This could be a hardware problem. Have you made sure the console is up to date? You can try uninstalling and reinstalling the Blu ray app also. If you want to get
a repair you can set one up on
Device support.
