Xbox One X Laggy UI and Crashing Apps

Thanks for responding! I did a hard reset and that fixed my issues with the games and apps crashing. I was still experiencing slowdown in the Store and UI in general but the previous responder mentioned that the XBOX servers were having issues which might
have caused those errors and issues.

Thanks for keeping us updated. We recommend performing
a soft factory reset. This type of factory reset will keep all games and applications installed, but it will remove all the profiles from the console. Therefore, the email address and password for those accounts must be known before this step is taken.
The factory reset will allow the console to apply the system update again. Usually, a slow user interface is attributed to an issue with the system's software. We look forward to hearing from you again Alex!

Sorry that you're having issues at the current moment, but Xbox is currently having problem. Would you be able to share the error codes that you may be getting when the application crashes? Any message would be great that you see when the application closes.

Apparently XBOX servers are having some issues right now with various areas. I'm sure that Microsoft is fully aware of the situation and are working on a resolution to correct the problem..
