Xbox one x Kinect adaptor

Microsoft can't provide an adaptor for the kinect due to stock shortages and cannot provide a uk retailer. This adaptor should have formed part of the package free of charge. we have spent well over £800.00 this Christmas on the new console, build your own
controller and games, three generations of game is whats advertised but you can't play all those games with out a kinect or play online without the kinect for speech.

Anybody assist as the online chat is useless although i managed to get a ref no 1409527047. whatever that is for.

how do i make an official complaint.

in my eyes the xbox one x is not fit for purpose, as advertised three gen's of games. what without a kinect, i can't use a headset either.

Can we have an answer from Microsoft, is the Kinect adaptor going to be made available (in the UK for me)? I have bought and X Box One X, it is bad enough the KInect adaptor is not free, but it is not even available. Thinking of returning my XBox One X,.

Hi Microsoft. When will you make and subsequently sell some more Kinect Adaptors for Xbox one S and X. I am beginning to regret buying an Xbox one X as I can not get an adaptor for my kinect.

 

I'm sorry for your troubles, especially during the holidays. The stock shortage is definitely a shortage, but there are a lot of retailers out there who can sell you a Kinect adapter for your region. You just have to do a little searching. Check ebay,
amazon, even Walmart and I'm sure you will be able to find one for your console. Good luck to you!
