    Hi, not very happy as have just paid out on the Xbox one x for our son for Christmas, to find out we need to pay another £40 for an adaptor As have always been with Xbox you should be able to get this adaptor for free, as we have a 10 year old son and
    want to keep him safe online when playing so we can hear him, another £40 quid on top at Christmas is not good, and cannot afford the extra, might be taking it back and go for a cheaper option unless someone can help us out here!!!

    Can we have an answer from Microsoft, is the Kinect adaptor going to be made available (in the UK for me)? I have bought and X Box One X, it is bad enough the KInect adaptor is not free, but it is not even available. Thinking of returning my XBox One X,.

    Hi Microsoft. When will you make and subsequently sell some more Kinect Adaptors for Xbox one S and X. I am beginning to regret buying an Xbox one X as I can not get an adaptor for my kinect.

    Xbox one x Kinect adaptor

    Unfortunately, Microsoft seems to be sold out of USB kinect adapters for the Xbox One S/X for quite some time. You'll have to see if any of your local retail stores sell it, or look online (Craigslist, Amazon, eBay, etc...).

    They used to give out the adapters for free when the Xbox One S was first released in August 2016, but the offer has since expired. Another free promotion was not the case for the release of the Xbox One X.

    If you want to use a Kinect sensor without an adapter, you will need to get the older original Xbox One, as it already has a Kinect port in the back.

    I think it's absolutely shocking Microsoft are not supplying XBOX ONE to XBOX ONE X gamers a free kinect adaptor, its disgrace borderline criminal.

    MICROSOFT FORCED EARLY ADAPTORS TO GET THE KINECT - its not the consumers fault the kinect failed so WHY are we being penalised.

    It was announced in October that production of the Kinect had stopped & recently the adaptor as well.

    5 minutes searching would of told you that.

    The xbox one x does support all of your accessories,including the Kinect.You just have to find the adapter to use it
