Recently tried this, did not work, actually made my connection a bit slower till I did it again, but still disconnects from xbox live every 20 mins when not wired and every hour when wired, a weird thing to is that when I was play COD BO4 not wired it disconnected
from party and from xbox live saying I was not connected but still let me play multiplayer just could not reconnect to party till after I went into network settings and re entered wifi password

I have the same problem. While playing with my xbox one x, wired connection, I randomly get disconnected from xbox live for about 5 seconds, just enough to kick me out of any online session, then I have to rejoin session and explain my teammates I got
disconnected. It happens very random, but constantly enough to bother me. I did a factory reset, and it seem to have fix it for a while, I'll say it was fix for about 3 weeks. Then yesterday it started doing the same problem again.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this to see if it helps.

Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

Also, make sure your console is close enough to the router that it gets a good, strong and consistent signal.

I'm the OP from the original post where this one was split from.

In the end, tired of disconnections, resets, reconfigurations and problems I sold my Xbox One X and I'm very confident this is a hardware/firmware issue and I'm extremely surprised this is not being addressed as the highest priority. There's plenty of people
with this problem as you can see, and still no solution as I'm afraid it is a design/hardware problem which has no easy fix.

I invested in a gaming PC and it's the best decision I've taken.

Good luck with the Xbox One X and the WiFi, I decided to move on and enjoy my PC.

it keeps deconnecting my profil even when im playing a singleplayer game it's impossible to play

There is currently a fix in the alpha and delta rings for the insider program to fix intermittant disconnects. MS is aware of the issue so hopefully a fix becomes widespread soon.

It happens on my one s as well and it happens multiple times within an hour no. Matter how long I play it for its very irritating

Hopefully because it's getting extremely annoying when I can't play a game for half an hour without this happening

This might be a silly question, but since it is brand new have you checked for system updates? Honestly a lot of times stuff like this is fixed through updates pushed out by MS.
