Xbox one x keeps disconnecting from live and network whether its wired or wireless playing pretty much any game title, would love to know how to fix this

I recommend to
create a static IP for the console,
and port forwarding on the network
configuration settings for a better connection.

Have you tried power cycling your console by holding down it's powerbutton for 10 seconds?

Retry afterwards.

 

Re-cycling console may help - hold xbox button for 10s on your console.

If this will not help - Also try to re-install your console, it may help.

If not contact Microsoft support.

Or - the worse possibility is to contacting the shop where you have bought the console and claim it with this issue.

 

How long has this been happening? Is it something that suddenly started happening and has been for one day? It may have been an issue with live service. There have been some issues recently. It's always best to check Xbox Live Service Status | Xbox Live Service Outage
first when having issues.

 

Tried the power cycle even factory restored my xbox only for it to do the same thing an hour later, looked up other stuff about it and it looks like it's a widespread issue with the one x, people have went as far as getting a new xbox one x only to have
the problem again, you would think that since I just spent 500 dollars on a console it would work properly, especially when there's other people who have this same problem only with the X model

 

Nothing to do with servers, it's an issue with the xbox one x only, others with one x have same problem

 

Have you tried hard resetting your router/modem as well?

Let's see if we can get to the bottom of this.

When your console disconnects from the network, what do you see in your network settings?

Does is show a NAT type of Open?

What happens when you test the multiplayer connection?

I would also suggest trying the steps outlined in our guide entitled “I need help with my Xbox One network connection” for help as well.

If you give us a little more information and try that guide, I'm confident we can figure our what is going on and resolve this issue.

In my network setting it will show I'm still connected but it has no internet connection, soo I end up having to go into network setting and re entering my wifi password to get connected again, and when it happens it kicks me out of whatever game I'm playing
and disconnects from network

Exactly. I've also been having an issue with my One X randomly disconnecting. It's happened several times over the past week; fortunately not while in the middle of an online gaming session yet. Come to think of it,
I don't believe it happened to me until the latest console update. The past two nights it occurred while I was simply browsing the Microsoft Store, and each time I have to hard reset the console to get it to connect again. I have been a loyal consumer of the
Xbox platform since the original console and purchased the One X a few weeks ago. Yes, I've hard reset the console and power cycled each time and even reset my modem but the problem persists. I've searched and found that so many others are having similar issues
and it seems to only be on the One X. Some are saying switching to a wired connection helped, but the majority are saying they still get issues through an Ethernet connection so I really don't want to have to spend the extra money to get an extra, longer Ethernet
cable to only be faced with this issue there as well. I've also seen so many posts stating that people have returned their One X for a new one and still have the exact same issue, so why go through the trouble of getting a replacement when I will most likely
be faced with the same issue on another One X? Again, I will say that this is unacceptable for a console that so many people have spent $500 on. I, as many others have stated, know it's definitely not an issue with my WiFi or ISP or even Xbox Live status but
with the One X itself in some way (whether it be through it's wireless hardware or software). The people dealing with this (I can speak for myself, but I'm sure many others will agree) are loyal customers who want to be able to enjoy the platform they chose
to game on. Please, Microsoft, address this issue without giving the same generic feedback. There are so many who are looking for a solution to this problem.

 

Do a hard reset on your xbox console as well unplug your router and wait for 30 seconds and plug in your router again
