Xbox one X keeps crashing

For over a month now my xbox one x (which I purchased brand new in October last year) has been crashing during games. Usually the issues start whilst I am in game and when I eventually come to a loading screen the whole game just freezes, after this I leave the game by returning to the homescreen and then try to relaunch it but it always come up with error code 0x8007045d, also trying to launch any game after thris doesn’t work and comes up with the same error code.

so I restart the console but eventually the games crash again and I start the whole process again. Sometimes when I restart I get error code: E106 00000002 80070570.

I have attempted both a soft and hard factory reset, but the problem still persists. It isnt game specific as far as i can tell, but there are no issues with other non-game applications on my xbox.

I’m not sure what else to try and would really like to avoid sending it off to repair if thats possible.

NB: Not sure if its related, but these problems started after I pressed on a Amazon prime gaming link on Rainbow six siege, I think it wanted me to connect by ubisoft account to my prime account. Anyway this ended up freezing and crashed my whole xbox, to the point where I couldnt turn it on for a good while. Then these problems started happening daily. Although my memory isnt too great so im not 100%.

My game also keeps crashing and turns off my xbox one x. I have tried all fixes and it continues to reboot.

Didn't see it in the other posts, but the stability issues on Xbox One X seemed to have been addressed, but nothing concrete on what they did:

Backend fixes to prevent crashes and increase stability–we’ll have to see if this helps poor Xbox One players who keep reporting crashes.

I have the crash issue with all games on my One X! Reinstall only works for a short time not to mention the ridiculous download time it takes to reinstall! The Forza titles just won't start at all. Forza 7 has been updating for 2 weeks and is only at 3%!
F1 2017 won't run without a hard reset. Support has been no help whatsoever!

It might be your HDD, worst-case scenery try reset your Xbox to the default settings it should help.

Follow up, that does seem to have worked, although I am still confused as if it was actually overheating then fixing a software issue surely would'nt change anthing?
