Xbox One X - Keeps Crashing, Save Game Errors and Regular Reseting

OK, So my Xbox One X has been great for 10 months, but for the last month? Nothing but issues.

It started when I was playing COD: WW2. The Xbox froze and didn't do anything, so I had to hold the button down on the front of the console and power it down. But then it wouldn't power up.I eventually found out I could power it up and reset it using the
buttons on the front. I got it started up but had to delete some stuff, setup the Xbox again and got back to gaming.

All seemed fine for a week or two, but then Fifa 19 told me that there was an issue with the save game data. It took me to the menu to clear this data, but the console crashed during this process, so again I had to do the button combination boot up and tried
again. I got the Xbox up and running again but I then start experiencing this problem on a near daily basis, and it happens with other games. I've completely wiped my console and sat there bored whilst I reinstalled Fifa, dreading the task of reinstalling
the other games. Lego Incredible got installed on the Xbox today.... encountered a save game issue and eventually the Xbox crashed.

I found some old forums where people experiencing something similar claimed their Xbox was sent off for repair, they got it back and the Xbox continued to experience the same problem.

Can anybody shed any light on this annoying problem before I send my Xbox back?

It’s not overheating. I’ve always been very concious of ventilation and it sits on top of a wooden cube with clear space all around it. I’ve even raised with brass rings that it sits on to give it about 10mm of air underneath. I never hear the fans working
hard.

My problem isn't with Xbox Live. It's the console that keeps glitching and forcing resets.

check status on the link provided and you can ask for notifications when server is fixed

apparently there a few problem in the server Microsoft staff is working on the fix off this problem

Quick question, is the console in a space where it is possibly overheating?

Does it continue to reset itself even after a hard reset of the console by holding down the power button?
