Xbox one x keeps crashing back to dashboard in multiple games

Hi,

Ive tried a full rest to no avial Ive now set up to send it for warranty repair as advised.

What games have you got installed that it is happening on?

Major issues at the moment with the latest games out like Modern Warfare and Borderlands 3 so it may be a similar issue if the games are the same or similar. It would help to see if there are other games causing similar issues

So fars its happening on , pubg, red dead redemption 2, the new dirt rally, outer worlds.

Basically nearly all the games i play. I manage to get about half an hour play and then it happens.

Please try resetting it to factory defaults :

1. Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.
2. Select System > Settings > System > Console info.
3. Select Reset console. Reset and keep my games & apps. Use this option as your primary choice when troubleshooting. It will reset the OS and
   delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps. In some cases, if a corrupt game file is causing the issue you're troubleshooting, you may have to choose Reset and remove everything,
   but you should always start with Reset and keep my games & apps.
